Teachers, not monks, should decide on the dress code for teachers – Joseph Stalin

The teachers’ union secretary, Joseph Stalin, stated that decisions about the teachers’ dress code should be made by the teachers, not the monks.

He said this in response to the monks’ response to Mr. Stalin’s statement that female teachers should be allowed to wear comfortable clothes to school.
