Mrs. Hirunika Premachandra has made a complaint to the Human Rights Commission saying that during the protest held in Maradana, two women, including herself, were subjected to unnecessary physical harassment by the police officers.
She has also taken steps to provide the relevant video tapes and officers’ numbers to the commission.
