Mr. Joseph Stalin, the General Secretary of the Ceylon Teachers Union, and a group of activists have gone to the National Child Protection Authority in Madivela and submitted a complaint demanding an investigation into how a group of police officers acted by intimidating and torturing a group of small children and children during the protest held yesterday (09) at Gallumuwadora Square in Colombo. .
