Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa held a special meeting today (11th) with His Eminence Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith in Colombo.
During the meeting, Premadasa pledged his support for the establishment of a formal judicial process to deliver justice and relief to the victims of the 2019 Easter Sunday attacks. He assured the Cardinal that he would actively work towards restoring the legal proceedings and taking necessary actions to ensure justice is served.
Furthermore, Premadasa emphasized his commitment to providing relief to the victims and ensuring that those responsible for orchestrating the attacks, regardless of their position, would be held accountable.
