Union leader Mr. Ranjan Jayalal says that if the cabinet approves this week to increase the electricity bill, it will be impossible to prevent the second wave of the struggle in 2023.
He points out that if the electricity bill is increased in this way, it is very unfair and the people should not pay it.
In that case, the board’s employees will not come to switch off the electricity, he said.
