The National Police Commission has met today to discuss the letters sent by Mr. Ajith Rohana and Mr. Priyantha Weerasuriya against their illegal transfer.

Yesterday, the Ministry of Public Security had taken steps to transfer 7 senior DIGs with immediate effect.

Mr. Ajith Rohana and Mr. Priyantha Weerasuriya took steps to send letters to the Police Commission against this.
