The National People’s Force will boycott the 13th Amendment all-party conference call  I Sri Lanka Latest News

The National People’s Force (NPP) has announced that it will not participate in the all-party conference to be held on Wednesday (26) to discuss the 13th amendment to the Constitution. Sri Lanka Latest News

JVP Media Spokesman Mr. Vijitha Herath has stated that this is a step taken by the current government to deceive the people and will not participate in it.

NPP Member of Parliament Mr. Vijitha Herath has stated to The Daily Morning yesterday (23) that he will not support any action taken by the government to implement the 13th constitutional amendment and that he is preparing to deceive the people to get votes in the upcoming elections.

He said that although Mr. Wickramasinghe promised to provide solutions to the problems of minorities by the month of last February, the President and the government have failed to fulfill it so far.
