The official said that after confirming the facts, they will hold official talks with the country and take the necessary steps to bring the suspects to Sri Lanka. The official added that a team from the Criminal Investigation Department will be sent to the country to interrogate and bring them back.

According to a notice given to the Interpol by the Police Narcotics Bureau, the police narcotics bureau had identified the foreign passport number of Herath Dissanayake, who appeared on a foreign passport in the name of Roshan Isanka. The arrested Harak kata was not able to properly complete the legal matters required to be extradited to this country, so the Dubai Police had released him on October 3rd.
