A Fundamental Rights Petition has been filed before the Supreme Court seeking an order preventing the curtailment of loans taken from the Employees’ Provident Fund and the Employees’ Trust Fund in the local debt restructuring activities proposed by the government. Sri Lanka Latest News
The petition has been submitted by six people including the Inter Company Employees Union and its president Wasantha Samarasinghe.
