The opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa had requested the government to convene a meeting of party leaders to discuss the government’s decision to suddenly convene the parliament this weekend and discuss the domestic debt restructuring during those days.
Accordingly, the party leaders’ meeting was scheduled to be held tomorrow, but the government has informed today that it has been decided to hold it on Friday.
