Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa visited the Vatican Embassy this morning (25) to offer his condolences following the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis.
During his visit to the Vatican Embassy in Sri Lanka, Premadasa met with the Apostolic Nuncio to Sri Lanka, Archbishop Brian Udaigwe. The two engaged in a brief discussion before the Opposition Leader signed the condolence book, conveying his sympathies to Christians worldwide on the loss of Pope Francis.
