Cabinet approves four expressions of interest submitted to restructure four state-owned enterprises I Sri Lanka Latest News

Cabinet meeting held on 13-03-2023, the Cabinet has approved the restructuring of the four companies own by the state. Sri Lanka Latest News

Expressions of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposals (RfP) have been invited for the selection of transaction consultants for the work, following the international competitive procurement method. The transaction advisors for the above 4 institutions have been selected following the quality and cost based selection process from among the proposals shortlisted by the Standing Procurement Committee appointed by the Cabinet.

The cabinet of Ministers approved the proposal presented by the President as the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policy to enter into relevant agreements with the following transaction consultants who have been selected.

(i) Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation – Alvarez and Marsal

(ii) Canville Holdings (Private) Company – Deloitte India

(iii) Hotel Developers Lanka Company – Colliers Singapore

(iv) Litro Gas Lanka Company – Deloitte India
