The Chairman of the Sri Lanka Vehicle Importers Association, Indika Sampath Merinchige, has revealed to the media that another batch of BYD vehicles has been imported into Sri Lanka with altered tax values.
He highlighted that the imported batch included two models of the BYD Dolphin—Dynamic and Premium—and noted that modifications had been made to the motor category classifications during the import process.
