Scan Jumbo Peanut, a flagship brand under the Scan Products Division, the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) arm of C.W. Mackie PLC – recently concluded the 8th edition of the “Scan Jumbo Bonanza” and the “Scan Tab Jumbo Bonanza” consumer promotions. During this event, 50 lucky winners were awarded mountain bicycles, while 5 winners received tablets. The grand event took place on February 17, 2025, at the Grand Oriental Hotel (GOH), with the attendance of the lucky winners, senior management, and other well-wishers.
The Scan Jumbo Bonanza promotion ran for over six months, from June to November 2024, and was promoted in more than 140 towns across the country. Customers were invited to participate by sending an empty Scan Jumbo Peanuts wrapper, along with their name, address, NIC number, and contact number, to P.O. Box 161, Colombo. Alternatively, they could hand over their coupons to the Scan Jumbo Bonanza propaganda vehicle if they were interested in entering either of the competitions.
