Police have seized a jeep valued at approximately 40 million rupees, allegedly used by former MP Lohan Ratwatte, and found with fake number plates.
The vehicle was discovered parked in the garage of an abandoned house within the ICC housing complex in the Teldeniya police division.
Investigations revealed that a fake number plate had been affixed to the jeep, leading police to identify another vehicle with the same registration number.
Additionally, authorities report that the vehicle in question is registered to a woman from the Pilawala area.
