Presidential candidate Sarath Manamendra has raised concerns over an alleged deal between President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Anura Kumara Dissanayake. According to Manamendra, the deal was highlighted by Dissanayake’s appearance on Independent TV just a day before the postal voting began.
Manamendra, along with Battaramulla Seelarathana Thero, has officially submitted a complaint regarding the matter to the Election Commission, calling for an investigation into the alleged arrangement between the two presidential candidates.
