Yoshitha Rajapaksa, the second son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, appeared at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) this morning (January 3).
He was summoned by the CID to provide a statement regarding the ownership of a land parcel reportedly owned by the Kataragama government.
A formal notice had been issued requesting Yoshitha Rajapaksa to present himself at the CID today for the investigation.
