Antare convener Wasant Mudali has decided to give answers to the quenstions only in the court, not to the police interrogator
Lawyer Nuwan Bopage stated yesterday (24) this yesterday.
He mentioned this yesterday when he went to the Tangalle detention center to inquire about the well-being of the three university student activists namely Wasantha Mudali, Galwala Siridhamma Thero, and Hashan Jeevantha Gunathilake.
He stated that Wasantha Mudali has not answered many of the questions asked by the police officers and that he has decided to answer all the questions only in a court of law. The lawyer mentioned that Wasantha Mudalige was not physically tortured but was subjected to serious mental torture and that Wasantha Mudalige is being held in a building that has not been used for a long time and only a mat has been given for his use.
