Mr. Nayanaka Ranwella, who is an environmentalist as well as an organizer of SJB, points out that an operation is being launched to suppress the incident related to excessive speeding and making noise and misbehavior in Yala Park.
He claims that it seems that the higher officials are trying to get away with it by suspending the lower officials.
