The verdict in the case against Mahindananda for buying a luxury house in Borella for 274 lakhs will come on April 25! I Sri Lanka Latest News

It is reported that the decision of a case against the former Minister and Member of Parliament Mahindananda Aluthgamage will be announced on April 25. Sri Lanka Latest News

Colombo High Court Judge Navaratne Marasinghe mentioned this today.

Colombo High Court Judge Navaratne Marasinghe has announced that the judgment of a case against Mr Mahindananda Aluthgamage regarding the purchase of a luxury house in Borella area, which is believed to have been illegally earned during his tenure as a minister, will be announced on April 25.

The case against the minister has been filed by the Attorney General.

When the case was called today, Senior Deputy Solicitor General Sanil Kularatne, who appeared for the Attorney General, and Mr. Kanchana Rathwatte, who appeared for the accused Mahindananda Aluthgamage, made oral submissions for the case.
