The two guards who were guarding Karuna Amman’s field died unexpectedly! I Sri Lanka Latest News

The Valachchena Police say that the two watchmen of the paddy land belonging to the former Member of Parliament Vinayagamurthy Muralidaran alias Karunaamman were hit by an unauthorized power line in a paddy land in Eichhaiadi, Valachchena. Sri Lanka Latest News

A Yoganathan (51) and M. Sudarshan (21), two residents of Pulipanchikal, Korawali and Kudumbamale have died.

The Valachchena police say that these electric wires have been erected illegally like an electric fence to prevent wild elephants from coming to the paddy land.

This field belonging to Karuna Amman was used by T., a resident of Karan, for cultivation. Senturan has been given to someone. He had illegally laid electric wires to protect the field.

The bodies of the two deceased were found yesterday (13th) night. It has been revealed that this has happened since the afternoon of the 12th. The cause of death of the two has not been revealed.

T., who was in charge of the cultivation of the paddy field, was charged with negligence in relation to these two deaths. Senduran police have arrested.
