The Minister of State for Energy told the media that the company has already brought ships carrying diesel and petrol to the island.
The Minister of State noted that even though these ships have arrived in Sri Lanka, the company concerned will not be allowed to distribute fuel until the other requirements for fuel distribution are met and permission will be given only after the company has met all the facilities.
As the Park company will meet all those qualifications by the 10th, they will have the opportunity to enter the fuel market in this country from that day.
