Opposition Leader Advocates for Press Freedom and Systemic Change Amidst Political Controversies

The opposition leader emphasized the urgent need for change in the country, cautioning against deception and divisive tactics amidst economic challenges. Expressing readiness for debate, he urged for constructive dialogue and action to benefit the nation. Mr. Sajith Premadasa underscored the importance of turning debate outcomes into tangible initiatives during the 165th phase of the Sakwala congenial classrooms program. He reiterated his commitment to engaging in meaningful discourse while condemning falsehoods and manipulation.

Under the information technology program, 165 schools have been provided with comfortable classroom equipment and 1808 lakhs of rupees have been spent for it.
