A special celebration organized by the legal professionals of Sri Lanka was held yesterday (03) afternoon at Shangri-La Hotel Colombo to mark the 50th anniversary of President Ranil Wickramasinghe’s career as a lawyer.
More than a thousand lawyers from Sri Lanka’s political and various fields participated in this event.
The President who came to participate in the celebration was warmly received by the lawyers.
President’s counsel Romesh de Silva, Tilak Marapana and Faizer Mustafa addressed the ceremony and President’s counsel Ronald Perera gave the welcome speech.
