Mr. Samadhi Rajapakse, chairman of the National Authority on Tobacco and Alcohol, stated that those who advocate for cannabis legalization are poor, dependent, and disadvantaged.
While addressing the government’s press conference, Mr. Rajapakse stated that he is waiting to see who raises his hand in the parliament.
