The Speaker presented the Supreme Court decision regarding the Telecommunications Bill to the Parliament today (18). Sri Lanka Latest News

Accordingly, the decision states that certain sections of the Telecommunications Amendment Bill are not in accordance with the Constitution and should be amended as indicated by the Supreme Court.

Also, the Speaker said that the Supreme Court has informed that certain clauses should be passed by a special majority.
