Sri Lankan media outlets have commended the Pakistan Navy for its swift and meaningful contribution to ongoing flood-relief operations in the country. Coverage praised the timely humanitarian assistance delivered through PNS Saif, which remains docked in Colombo to support emergency response efforts.

The relief supplies, coordinated through the Pakistan High Commission and the Sri Lanka Navy, were acknowledged as a gesture of solidarity during a challenging period for the island nation.

Pakistan Reaffirms Solidarity as Fresh Relief Consignments Reach Sri Lanka

The Pakistan High Commission in Colombo has announced the successful delivery of additional relief packages to support communities affected by the recent floods in Sri Lanka.

In a message shared on X, the High Commission underscored Pakistan’s steadfast friendship with Sri Lanka, noting that the assistance reflects “our unwavering solidarity” with the Sri Lankan people during this challenging time.

The latest consignment adds to Pakistan’s ongoing humanitarian support, reinforcing the deep bonds between the two nations. The High Commission reiterated: “Pakistan stands with Sri Lanka today and always.”
