Sri Lanka has generated export earnings of US$ 11,554.32 million in the first eight months of 2025, according to the Export Development Board (EDB).
This marks a 6.61% increase compared to the corresponding period last year.
In August 2025 alone, the country earned US$ 1,607.58 million from both goods and services exports.
