Social activist Pathum Kerner arrested! A few minutes after releasing a video from outside!(VIDEO)

Pathu Kerner, a social activist, has been arrested by Colombo Crime Division.

He had been summoned to appear before the Crime Division today. Pathum Kerner who went crime division released a video footage which is given below .
