Following a heated argument, Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Parliamentarian Lalith Warnakumara opened fire into the air on Thursday (7) night.
According to Sri Lanka Police, the incident occurred in Anguruwatota, Kalutara, at a house where a religious event was taking place.
According to a senior police officer, the MP opened fire into the air after a heated argument.
