The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) parliamentary group has unanimously decided to vote against the budget presented today by the President for the year 2026, Sri Lanka Latest News reports.
This decision was reached during the Samagi Jana Balawegaya parliamentary group meeting held in Parliament today.
It has also been reported that the opposition has scheduled a meeting with all opposition parties tomorrow to discuss the final stance to be taken regarding the budget.
