Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s wife, Shiranthi Rajapaksa, appeared today (03) before the Police Financial Crimes Division.
She had previously been instructed to appear before the division on the 27th to provide a statement. However, Shiranthi Rajapaksa had informed the police through her lawyer that she was unable to attend on that date and requested a two-week extension to appear.
