Former State Minister of Finance, Shehan Semasinghe, has officially announced that he will not be contesting in the upcoming general election.
Despite this decision, Semasinghe emphasized that he is not stepping away from politics. He affirmed his continued commitment to serving the people of Anuradhapura, his home district.
