Sajith visited Kurunegala Jaliya’s house; tear gas victim during the protest near the Prime Minister’s office! Looking to the future of Jaliya’s family! (PHOTOS)

Mr Jaliya who died as a result of a tear gas attack was visited by Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa.

He was a Daladagama Mahawa resident. Mr. Jaliya was taking part in the protest at the time of the incident, having traveled all the way from Kurunegala to Colombo.

Mr. Premadass inquired about the family’s situation and made a donation to the family’s future activities.
Following that, a financial contribution was made to the family’s future activities.


The opposition leader promised to contribute as much as he could to Mr. Dissanayake’s family’s future well-being.
