Mr. Dallas Alahapperuma of the Free People’s Alliance said that the President, as Minister of Finance, has completely distorted the law of the country by issuing circulars not to release money for the election, and he requests the Secretary of the Finance Ministry, Mr. Mahinda Siriwardena, not to take such disastrous decisions and not succumb to politics.
