The Samagi Jana Balawega took steps to inform the ambassadors of Australia and Japan that the president and the government will not allow the election to be held, and that the government has violated the country’s constitution.
Mr. Harshana Rajakaruna informed this and earlier he had taken steps to inform the United Nations Office, the European Commission and the Indian High Commission in this regard.
