The Minister points out that it should be understood that through the implementation of the 13th Amendment, all provinces will get autonomy.
Minister of Water Resources and Estate Infrastructure Mr. Jeevan Thondaman, who joined President Ranil Wickremesinghe on his official visit to India, has mentioned this while giving an interview to NDTV media.
Minister Jeevan Thondaman has stated that the implementation of the 13th constitutional amendment is a tool of democracy that has been given to us to end the ethnic conflict in Sri Lanka.
The minister says that the country has now come on the right track through the economic crisis, epidemic and many other problems, and this will be the decade of growth in Sri Lanka.
Minister Jeevan Thondaman has further stated that he will work towards a permanent solution of the Indo-Lankan fisheries problem through a humanitarian approach.
