Radisson Hotels Sri Lanka, in collaboration with the hotel management company La Vie Hotels & Resorts, announced yesterday the appointment of Kristofer Quadros as the Cluster General Manager for three prestigious Radisson properties in Sri Lanka: Radisson Hotel Colombo, Radisson Hotel Kandy, and Radisson Blu Resort Galle.

Bringing over 25 years of international experience in the hospitality sector, Quadros enters his new role with a wealth of expertise. His most recent tenure as General Manager at Park Hyatt Maldives, Hadahaa, saw him elevate guest satisfaction and operational efficiency to new heights. Before this, he served as Cluster Hotel Manager at JA Resorts & Hotels in the United Arab Emirates, where he oversaw multiple properties and drove exceptional guest experiences, while also spearheading advancements in technology and sustainability initiatives.

Quadros has a proven track record, from boosting revenues in competitive markets to successfully managing pre-openings in four countries across the UAE, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India. His leadership and strategic acumen are poised to establish new standards of excellence and innovation for the Radisson Hotels in Sri Lanka.

In his new role, Quadros will draw upon his extensive background to enhance the performance of Radisson Hotels in Sri Lanka, overseeing a staff of over 500 across the three properties. Expressing his enthusiasm for the appointment, Quadros remarked, “I am excited to take on this role and lead these exceptional properties in Sri Lanka. With the country witnessing a significant rise in tourism, we must evolve to meet the needs of modern travellers.”

He added, “My focus will be on implementing innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive operational excellence across all aspects of our hotels. By prioritizing a customer-centric approach to hospitality, I am confident we can surpass guest expectations and establish the three Radisson Hotels as the premier choice for hospitality in Sri Lanka.”

Quadros’s appointment underscores Radisson Hotel Sri Lanka’s dedication to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and reinforces the brand’s standing as a leader in the global hospitality industry.
