Opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa said today (5) in Parliament that it is a grave sin to create division between religious leaders and justice should be done to the Easter victims without doing such a thing.

Mr. Sajith Premadasa, the leader of the opposition, said that in that interview, the president said that there was no need for an international investigation, but he said that such an international investigation was necessary before becoming the president, and why change immediately after becoming the president?

The Cardinals and the Bishops’ Conference are asking for the implementation of the recommendations of the Easter attack and the investigations being conducted by a parliamentary committee regarding the Channel 4 video. Said the opposition leader.

Therefore, Mr Sajith Premadasa, the leader of the opposition, said that there is a need for a new investigation regarding the issues raised during the Easter debate and for that, there should be an international relationship.
