President Anura Kumara Dissanayake revealed that former President Ranil Wickremesinghe made a request for 16 chefs, 163 security personnel, 30 umbrellas, and 20 vehicles after stepping down from office.
However, President Dissanayake stated that he denied the request, clarifying that moving forward, Wickremesinghe would only be allocated three vehicles.
Additionally, he noted that two ambulances, previously in the possession of both Mr. Wickremesinghe and former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, have been recalled.
