The government had planned to pass the VAT increase proposal in the parliament today, but due to the absence of even 20 ministers from Pohottuwa in the parliament, the council took steps to adjourn until tomorrow.
But it has been learned that Pohottu MPs have decided not to come to the assembly tomorrow.
