The Colombo District Court rejected a request made by Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva to issue an injunction against Sri Lanka Freedom Party Chairman and former President Maithripala Sirisena to prevent him from being removed from party positions.
The order was announced by Colombo District Judge Mrs. Purnima Paranagama.
