A special drug operation involving schools in the Western Province resulted in the arrest of 75 people.
According to police, the suspects were apprehended during an operation involving 122 schools.
The officers discovered two kilogrammes and 148 grammes of meth, nine grammes and 375 milligrammes of heroin, one gramme and 522 milligrammes of ice, and ten pills.
The relevant operations have been carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Senior Deputy Inspector General of the Western Province, and the raids will continue to target schools in the Western Province, according to the Police Emergency Call Division.
