Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa, who appeared before the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) earlier this morning (07), has now concluded his visit and left the premises a short while ago.
The CID had summoned MP Rajapaksa to provide a statement in connection with his grandmother, Daisy Forrest—commonly known as Daisy Achchi—who was recently granted bail. She had previously been arrested by the CID and subsequently produced before the court.
