Sports Minister Roshan Ranasinghe, through his lawyers, filed objections before the Court of Appeal, requesting the removal of the interim orders issued to the Interim Control Committee, which was appointed to manage the activities of the Sri Lanka Cricket Institute. Sri Lanka Latest News
These objections were presented by the Sports Minister through lawyer G.G Arulpragasam.
The Court of Appeal, which considered a petition filed by the Sri Lanka Cricket Board, suspended the activities of the Cricket Interim Control Committee headed by Mr. Arjuna Ranatunga and the related gazette announcement, and the Court of Appeal issued interim orders yesterday.
The Sports Minister has submitted this motion requesting the removal of the interim orders.
