A group of members from the Matugama Pradeshiya Sabha has officially joined the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) in a move to express their support for Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa and the party.
This development followed a meeting between Sajith Premadasa, the leader of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya, and the group in Colombo earlier today.
Among those who joined the Samagi Jana Balawegaya are Independent Group 1 Leader Kasun Niroshana Munasinghe, Narawila Samithawansa Thero, Vijitha Darshani Kumari de Silva, and Chamilani Ruwandika.
