Sri Lanka Freedom Party Senior Vice President Professor Rohana Lakshman Piyadasa has told ‘Divaina Sunday Sangraha’ that the Freedom Party Political Committee is currently discussing starting the political centre in a building in Colombo by next week.
The Senior Vice President has also mentioned that due to the current political crisis and court rulings, it is impossible for a permanent place to call its future political affairs and seat and district organizers.
Accordingly, the Senior Vice President has further said that the political centre will be started very soon and the district and constituency organizers from all over the island will be called to Colombo, and in addition, they will discuss with other political groups and parties who want to join them.
