Police sources report that Ishara Sewwandi, the main suspect in the murder of organized crime gang member Sanjeewa Kumara Samararatne, also known as “Ganemulla Sanjeewa”, is scheduled to be brought back to Sri Lanka today (15). (Sri Lanka Latest News)
She was apprehended during a joint operation conducted with Nepalese security forces while residing at a house located approximately 18 kilometers from Kathmandu, Nepal.
Along with Ishara Sewwandi, four other individuals, including another woman, were also taken into custody.
