Due to the prevailing adverse weather conditions across the island, several entrances to the Katunayake International Airport have been flooded, Sri Lanka Latest News reports.
As a result, the Airport and Aviation Services Company requests all departing passengers to use the Colombo–Katunayake Expressway to reach the airport safely.
Additionally, to reduce congestion within the airport premises during this period, the company urges passengers to avoid bringing guests to the terminal.
