Isipathana College, Colombo, won the Schools Rugby League 2022 today (14) , defeating Royal College 21-15 at Havelock grounds.
Today’s game between the two school rugby heavyweights was also for the Major Milroy Fernando Trophy. Isipathana won both trophies by winning the game.
Havelock Town went on to win the championship this year, going undefeated. This is, by the way, their first league title since 2016.
